This is so relaxing. The instructor's voice was so soothing. I did this in the morning. I might have to do it a night before going to sleep, because I bet I'll sleep well after doing this.

Great way to fall asleep! I have my iPad right beside my bed. The groundling aspect may be a bit suspend but it still works well.
