I face planted the first time BUT I finally got my knees to be on my triceps instead of being on the outside of my elbows. Patti's simple instructions helped me. I tried a few more times after the session ended and was able to hold it for a few seconds with no face plant =D I shall try more tomorrow

A really good explanation and prep! I couldnt figure out how to get my knees on the backs of my triceps at first til now. I had been practicing it with tripod headstand arms or squeezing my legs into the sides of my arms which gave me bruises. My triceps are kind of sensitive too so I guess its something I have to work towards.

Pattis explanation just seemed to make sense to me - this is a pose that has eluded me for the last year and then today, voila.
