This well rounded yin and yang class combines faster movement to warm up the muscles, and holding postures to release deeper connective tissue. Recommended props: 2 blankets

Enjoyed the balance between yin and yang and the explanations are very helpful. David's voice is very restful.

I loved this class! I don't mind the explanation, I actually appreciate the tips and better understanding he provides. This is mostly a yin class, but just a few vinyasas in the middle. I found it a great way to wind down and prepare for bed. Thanks, David!

Too much talking

Wish to have more balance on the Yang movement compare to the Yin poses.

I love stretching, bur this video was 90% stretching and 10% faster movements. This would be a nice video after another video or workout. I also agree that there was too much talking.

Usually I like David's videos but it was hard to slow things down when he doesn't give a change to sit quietly in the posture. I also prefer yang --> yin style videos but that might be a personal preference for the detox-style than yin-->yang.

Thank you David for guiding this practice! I found the gentle reminders to redirect attention to the pose and physical sensations very helpful for deepening my practice of asana and meditation. One thing to note is that savasana is not included in the time of the class. I would love for it to be included in future classes! I added on 2-3 minutes of my own for savasana. May others enjoy this practice as well!

I can never practice yin enough. This was the perfect class length. Postures were held for the right length-not too long, not too short. Good evening class.

Lovely David... I dont practice Yin often, but coming out of practice was delicious and has inspired me to explore Yin more. Thank you.

Was a lovely practice, but would be nicer if the sequence were a bit longer.
