This is a wonderful class! The description is a bit off suggesting it is "fast-moving," however, it was a great workout with intentional instruction and nice sequencing.

I agree with others who say this has too much instruction and not any flow. Please can you give us some classes that trust we've established a good practice and don't need as much instruction so that we can actually flow and get out of our heads and just focus on the breath and build up some sweat?

Too much instruction and too slow for level 3. I expected more cardio since this came up in my cardio search, but I barely got my heart rate up. Disappointing.
