I really have enjoyed all these tutorials as a beginner. When doing the asymmetrical forward bend, should I feel the stretch in the front leg or back leg? I felt it A LOT in the front leg.

The more talk the better!! A beginner will learn from this big time!!! and great review for an advanced yogi. I applaud the wealth of knowledge explained here in this tutorial for something as simple as a forward bend. When applied to your practice you do the poses in a more safe manner. This increases the longevity and enjoyment of your practice.
