Excellent verbal instruction. Very easy to follow without having to look at the screen the entire time. Solid flow.
Great class, great cuing—I love a teacher who can teach me new things about my form after 20 years of yoga! I understand the other comments about it being easy for a level 2 class but it starts out very slowly without full chatarangas. But by the 30 min mark I was sweating. Great for a level 2 yogi who hasn’t been on their mat much lately like myself!
In terms of simplicity of poses, slow pace and elaborate instruction/explanation, this is most definitely a level 1 class. It's nice, though, if that's what you're after. Look elsewhere if you're interested in anything intermediate, or cardiovascularly challenging.
Always a pleasure to follow David's classes, with a great mix between intense flows and great stretches. David manages to bring relaxation into the most difficult poses, thanks !
I chose this class because it was listed under Cardio. Definitely NOT. Moved way too slow, with too many instructions.
Nice stretches, but I was bored. Felt more like a Level 1 class.
Perfect class for when your energy is not all there but you don't want to move too slow either...allows you to really get into your postures and feel the impact. Thanks David.
This class was very slow for me. Great class, but not the metabolic boost I was looking for!
I really enjoyed this practice. It moves fast enough but still allows for time to lengthen the body and create optimal breathing. I also like Davids very specific instructions and guidance.

Another great class from David - you are quickly becoming my new favourite teacher. Perfect cues. Not too challenging - great for when you havent got loads of energy but need a strong practice.
awesome flowing routine. I was dripping sweat on my mat the whole time...only bad part- the video kept freezing at about 42 minutes. Couldnt get it to play the last 10 minutes.
