A nice routine that is prety well rounded and good for a wake up in the morning. I agree it's more of a level 2 class though. The poses are all relatively straightforward and there's a lot of instruction throughout.

This class was a good way to start my weekend morning feeling energized and ready to tackle whatever the day has in store. On a sweat scale, I'd put this between sheen and drips, definitely not puddles, but still a good workout. I'm solidly level 2 and felt comfortable with this class. I personally like when there's more instruction and reminders throughout the poses (especially for following a video), so if you don't this might not be the class for you.

Great flow sequence when short on time. I've done this class almost 3 times in the last two weeks because it's the only one I've found to get me to break a sweat, get centered, and do so efficiently (under 40 mins). Few other classes can consistently hit all those marks.

This is a nice level 2 class. I really enjoyed it. I think it might be best after your body is slightly warm - I could see in particular doing this class after a jog/run, walk or hike. I did it cold and it was ok but as other comments have noted, you feel a bit cold at the start, if that makes sense.

I enjoyed this practice and will probably do it again. I agree with some of the other comments, it feels more like a level 2 or 2/3 than a 3. One thing I am not crazy about is the initial frantic and non-stop talking. I prefer a more streamlined instruction that leave room for the mind to absorb and for the breath to happen, especially when you're a level 3 student and you know most of what is taught here. Bur like I said it's a good class.

This class is not too fast, not too slow, and not too complicated. It works up just enough of a sweat to make you feel like you challenged your muscles and then stretches you out for long enough that you feel as though you'll have more mobility throughout the day. I think it's perfect for the morning because there's not too much thinking, you can likely execute every pose, and it's very well rounded.

This is a great class and love the teacher however you may need to warm up beforehand. I find with most of these classes a warm up before the actual play button really helps. I like to set my intention and run through some Yin posses before embarking on a Yang class.

In the morning, the thing that really feels good is shoulders and spine stretching. This class had some, but not nearly enough of the kinds that work best for me. I tried to add my own, but it's never quite the same as when the instructors choose a good one.

David doesn't take you out of savasana in this one.

I can't believe how much I sweated only after 20 min and thought we were almost done, yet not even close :). It's short and sweat, to do point, and will make you work only in 37 min. Though the class is designed in a such way it leaves space for rest and grounding as well!!! Amazing. Thank you David! :)

This was my first level 3 class. It had everything to give me a brisk, deep, and sweaty yoga Session. Don't be fooled by this 37 min class, you will feel like you've just had a 60 min class! One of my new favourites. .
