Nice class, but telling us to get doctor's permission to do these exercises at the end of class rather than the beginning seemed a bit weird.

I enjoyed this beginner strength and stretching class. The instructor described everything very well. The moves were basic, small but very powerful for my first month of yoga/ Pilates. Thank you!

I finished a final exam about a half hour ago and immediately I knew I wanted to stretch and I saw this level 1 video. I am a beginner. Wow I needed this. It stretched my back and my neck feels a lot better. Great video!

With many of these exercises, a list of equipment needed should be posted . For this exercise a strap was needed

I thought this class was really good. The only recommendation I can make is that the instructor speak more about when and how to breathe.
