Great instruction, loved the details. In the Yin classes, I didn't like the explanations as much because I was also trying to calm my mind, but they were perfect here! Very strong arm/shoulder workout. The only additional thing I would have liked was a queue that the video was going to stop at shivasana and that I could stay there as long as I'd like. Thanks :)

this is a good one! A little intense on my wrists, but I did break a sweat and it's balanced as far as hard work and stretching

this is a sweaty one. David is a great teacher, good pace, great instruction. He is super good at explaining the poses without excessive talking, offers good modifications and good amount of Vinyasa. I am taking more of David's classes!

Nice flow to this and I learned a few new variations to the dolphin plank with the one arm raised. How to do it without shifting all of the weight to the other arm will be my challenge.
