This is exactly what I needed. Only request would be for Birgitte to talk a little less when we have legs up the wall. But she is fabulous and I will be coming back to this practice again and again.

Thank you for this, Birgitte. I have long covid and feel like I'm fighting my body to do anything... but this practice helped me just be and restore and to learn to inhabit my body again for a short time without resistance, which I needed but didn't know how to do. Hopefully I'll be able to get back to "regular" yoga again in time, but I'm grateful for finding sanctuary here in the meantime while I slowly heal.

Oh my goodness, what a lovely class. Thank you for talking about yoga in such a radically different way than I had understood before.... I loved the phrase you used about "passively receiving the benefits of the pose"..... kind of blew my mind and was such a healing image for me. Thank you <3

I've been in a lot of pain this week due t travel and overwork. I love the wall modifications for these seemingly simple poses, wow - what a difference. Very great intro before meditation too.

My favorite take-away is the meditation with the back against the wall. I find my mind wanders a lot when I am trying to meditate, and the grounding energy of having the back body against the wall was very helpful in focusing my mind. Namaste.
