I have reported the issue of this video stopping after Pranayama X2 and they claim that there was not an issue on their end. It’s a shame because this is a wonderful meditation with the imagery of the River . Adrienne T

I enjoyed this very much. As sitting and thinking about a river I had a feeling of setting on the right river bank - but then I tried the other side of the river! What a great different feeling.
Is there any recommendation on with side of a river to sit?

I have a bad knee and I can’t sit crosslegged as shown all of the time. Is there a recommended alternative?
I would recommend sitting up on a blanket or bolster. Placing a block, rolled up towel or pillow under the knees
