This was one of the hardest 20 min. I was interested in working on crow but my goodness. My arms was so exhausted from planks and chaturangas I actually got upset but only because it was harder than I expected lol. I can laugh at myself about it now, so when one reads "upper body toning", that's exactly what it is. It's a level 3 so be prepared to start with a 1 min plank 😭...all that to say I'll be doing it again today lol

I just completed the Upper Body Strength Journey Series and I feel amazing. The progression through the weeks from Beginner to Advanced were well paced. I truly feel stronger. Of course, I do have more work to do, but I was able to achieve a lot more in poses that I had done time and again previously. The instruction was great in every class.

This has been a great series. I do look forward to working my way through even more! ...and ultimately achieving HandStands!!
